Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and seamlessly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days

• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days

• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹100 (Free on orders above ₹999)

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹100 (if available in your area)
  We may offer free shipping during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can monitor your shipment’s status at any time.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to third-party courier services. If your order is unusually delayed or marked delivered but not received:

• Mention your Order ID and registered contact details

We’ll investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

7. Address Changes

Want to update your shipping address after placing the order?
Please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

8. Packaging

Your order will arrive in secure, eco-conscious packaging that reflects the Crefa® philosophy—thoughtful, minimal, and elegant.

9. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may make another attempt. After repeated failures, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
