Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases (wrong product shipped).

  • Once the product passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In cases where an incorrect product, wrong size (different from the ordered size), or defective item has been delivered, returns/exchanges will be processed at no additional charge.

    For all other return and cancellation requests, a ₹150 reverse shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unboxing Video Requirement for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth and fair return or exchange process, customers are requested to record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel box, starting before opening the package and clearly showing the shipping label, package condition, and the product received.

In case of a missing item, damaged product, incorrect item, or any other product-related issue, the unboxing video must be shared with our customer support team as supporting evidence when raising the concern.

Please retain the original packaging until your request has been reviewed. Claims may be subject to verification before approval.
