Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases (wrong product shipped).

• Once the product passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• In cases where an incorrect product, wrong size (different from the ordered size), or defective item has been delivered, returns/exchanges will be processed at no additional charge.

  For all other return requests, a ₹150 reverse shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
